Test The Waters responded to a call from the City of Fairbanks Police Department. A vehicle entered a gravel pit lake a 50-60 MPH. Vehicle was found on the bottom in 45' of water, in zero visibility, and water temperature of 36 degrees. The vehicle was floated with a lift bag and swam to the shore. Our sincerest Condolences to the friends and family of the deceased.
