🥤 Cinnamon, Honey and Lemon Fat Burning Drink Recipe.
Prep time: 8 min | Servings: 8 cups | Calories: 40 kcal per cup (approx)
Ingredients & Instructions
Prepare 8 jars (you can use cups or glasses) in advance.
Put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in every jar.
Use hot water and fill them up to the top.
Every jar hosts 8 ounces of water which is equal to a cup.
Go ahead and give it a good mix.
Put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in each jar.
Put 1 tablespoon of organic honey in each cup.
Give it a good mix again and your drink should be ready.
Drink 1 glass in the morning and 1 at night.
If you're intolerant to acidic juices use only a few drops of lemon juice.
