Southeast Wisconsin weather: Windy Tuesday night, lows in the 30s

Winds remain gusty Tuesday night from the northwest, gusting up to 30 mph, making it feel like the low 20s Wednesday morning. Air temperatures will actually be in the low to mid 30s. By afternoon highs make it into the mid to upper 40s. It won't be quite as windy Wednesday, but still breezy with gusts up to 25 mph. Skies will feature a mix of sun and clouds.
