ITD Follow up and Sign Abuse

Apparently the Office of the Governor doesn't communicate with ITD district 3 and Eric Copeland for months at a time, or just doensn't record it.
Why are people stealing, damaging, and knocking down campaign signs for these kinds of candidates? It shows the kind of people who are against them and in support of the other kind of candidates.
