How do you Buy a Full Auto? NFA Explained

There's a lot of confusion out there about Class 3 stuff, specifically, can the average person buy it, what's the legal process and where do you get it.
Well, the answers are surprisingly simple. Most of it boils down to not being a criminal and paying the ATF a bribe, err, tax.
