I Know It’s Hard But Listen Up! Work on the things that you can control and accept the things that you cannot control. We are having increased stress, anxiety, depressive, and over indulging calories because of uncontrollable factors. Just like our breath, we have the ability to take air in but it is up to us to let it all out. The controllable factors are simple on paper but hard to practice regularly. Eating RFF, exercise regularly, get quality sleep, reduce stress, drink water, and maintain healthy relationships. Those are what we need to focus on to live a happy and healthy life. Sometimes our personal choices are out of habit or worse, end up controlling us. Be in control and take back your health one day at a time!
