The Russian Armed Forces hit the 330/110 kV substation in northern Zhytomyr again this morning. The facility had already been the target of a missile attack on 10 October (http://t.me/Slavyangrad/13521).

Analysis of the video determined that one of the three-phase autotransformers was hit. We told you in detail (http://t.me/Slavyangrad/15047) about the importance of disabling such devices: hitting them deprives generators of the ability to transmit power to the power grid.

The state of the remaining autotransformers is not reliably known, but it is not unlikely that they were damaged in a previous attack on the facility. In that case, the country's power system has lost another link and become even less stable.
