The OHP lives! 🤘🏻
I've been doing this movement as my OHP accessory variation for a few months now, and am also continuing to do it with my new program, to keep hammering the shoulders, try and maintain my OHP pressing strength, and because I just love it so much. This is a fantastic exercise. You can heave a lot more weight than you could with standing OHP, or other variations, while at the same time not feeling nearly as fatigued. The stimulus to fatigue ratio on this is insane. HIGHLY recommend this movement.
