5)NZ cops and insurance
I did a number of OIA requests to the cops and learned the following:-
a) NZ cops are not bonded, they are just in bondage working for a corrupt organisation
b) NX Police do not have Professional Liability/Indemnity Insurance
c)NZ Police do not have Employers Liability Insurance. I am not altogether surprised because, it would appear, that despite having ACC, there are still several things described as "Personal Injury" that would/might not be covered by Employers Liability Insurance
2.14 Personal Injury: Bodily injury, sickness, disease, death, disability, shock, fright, mental anguish or mental injury.
Think about the ones in bold in relation to the death shot
6)The NZ cops do have a $20 MILLION Public Liability Insurance with Chubb Insurance. Attachment 1 is confirmation of that

4.11 PERSONAL INJURY means:
(a) bodily injury, death, sickness, disease, disability, shock, fright, mental anguish and mental injury;
(b) false arrest, false imprisonment, wrongful detention, malicious prosecution and humiliation;
(c) wrongful entry, wrongful eviction or other invasion of right of privacy; and/or
(d) assault and battery committed by THE INSURED for the purpose of preventing or eliminating danger to persons or property, resulting from an OCCURRENCE.
In the event of PERSONAL INJURY arising from latent injury, latent sickness, latent disease or latent disability, that PERSONAL INJURY shall be deemed to have occurred on the day the injury, sickness, disease or disability was first medically diagnosed.
