Do we have Constitutional Rights or Superior Rights which the Constitution was written to protect?

Page 1 of US Law contains the Declaration that enumerates the limits of man's laws as well as the God-given unalienable that cannot be taken from US and that we cannot give, trade, or sell.

We are God's creation and WE MUST protect that which He has given us.
