Sibusiswe Dlamini says they had been best friends since grade 10 in 2013. She had been speaking outside the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court where Hillcrest police officer Mlungisi Blessing Sikhakhane, her boyfriend, stands charged with her alleged murder.
