How to Maintain Long Twists or Braids

Here's a quick and easy way to keep your twists (or braids) looking fresh and straight for the entirety of the style.

Do whatever styles you want without dealing with crazy looking dents afterwards.

Before discovering this method, I was using a long bonnet I had. It was long, but not quite long enough.

This caused my hair to constantly have a bend in it and I didn't like that. I thought back to the days when I would wrap my hair when it was straight and decided to come up with a much easier way of reaping the same benefits.

A simple crisscross motion and that's it!

All you need is a hair clip or two to hold the hair in place.

This can be done both at night and when taking a shower. Simply slide the hair back slightly to not get the ends wet. Leave the clips in and cover with your shower cap.
