BuildingMMO System / TownCenter Build Mode and Activatable Entities

This week we cover further improvements to the MMORPG Kit building system with a new menu-driven build mode that does not rely on Building Items in Inventory. It is our first use of the new Activatable Entities released in Kit 1.77.
