1. The Mayor said it, It's a done deal.

3. The West Mesa Neighborhood Association didn't set up the Mediation Settlement, Julie from the Pat Hurley Neighborhood Association did.
4. Everyone from the West Mesa Neighborhood Task Force unanimously voted for the Mediation Settlement (Facilitated Meeting)
5. I'm going the legal route and fighting this fake non-profit that hasn't registered with the IRS and the Attorney General
