Police say suspect in Stockton killings was 'on a mission to kill'

Authorities in California say they’ve caught the man believed to be behind a series of killings that claimed the lives of six people. The man dubbed the Stockton Serial Killer has been terrifying the Central Valley for more than a year. Police say he was actively seeking a victim when they apprehended him.
