BLACKENED Cigars M81 by Drew Estate Toro Cigar Review - This 6x52 stick features a dark chocolate, dense and firmly packed oily, slightly toothy wrapper with a large double cap and pungent pepper and sweet cocoa aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with thick rich smooth plumes of medium-full bodied notes of a dark earth on the front of the tongue, heavy pepper flavor with just a bit of tingle and texture and the slightest sweet spice on the long finish. The first third comes down quickly to a medium-body, dropping most of the pepper and earth replaced by a sweet cocoa and coffee, still very slick and smooth. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes putting out again, thick rich medium-full bodied smoke, sticking with the coffee and cocoa but adding a light leather to the mix, all on a long finish with more added bakers spice zing. Ending at 1:10 the last third continues the perfect burn, with just a touch of strength only at the nub, while flavors go to a more syrupy sweetness, keeping the same notes.
