Chattanooga Police Chase Rape Suspect in Rush Hour Traffic and Embarrass Themselves

KUDOS to the Chattanooga Tennessee Police Department for cornering a rape suspect in rush-hour traffic and then taking him into custody, as it's always a good day when scum like that is taken off of the street. However, it appears that Chattanooga Police Department may want to re-evaluate the firearms qualification of the officer in the video at 6:40 after you look at his grip on his service weapon! Wuuuuut???? Not only is that the strangest grip I've ever seen, he also does NOT have his finger on the trigger yet his weapon is drawn and aimed at a violent and vicious suspect!
