Big Pothole Flattens a Ton of Car Tires on State Highway

Info from Licensor: I was heading to Tauranga the weather was extremely wet. We saw a massive pothole on State highway 29 and swerved at the last minute to avoid it. Saw 30 or 40 cars on side of the road with burst tires.
