Myth. The Lenni-Lenape Indians first lived in Northern USA, Delaware, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania along the Delaware River, New York, western Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley. After the Revolutionary War, they went to Canada, and west to Oklahoma. A major portion of them went to Oklahoma in the early 1800s.
