1️⃣ Goblet squat | 3x 12 each
2️⃣ Bulgarian split squat | 3x 12 each side
3️⃣Bench step- ups | 3x 15
4️⃣ DB. stiff leg deadlift | 3x each leg
5️⃣ Elevated glute bridge | 3x15
6️⃣ Seated DB calf raise | 3x20
90sec. rest in between sets
