Today Marie shares our recipe for apple muffins, with a lovely crumble topping. These muffins are so easy to make, but are always a treat for a cool fall day.

Here's the recipe:
3 apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
3 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Crumble:
6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins. Enjoy!
