Inspire controlando a entrada do ar nos pulmões contando até 3.
Segure o ar contando até 2.
Solte o ar controladamente contando até 5.
Conte até 2 com os pulmões vazios antes de inspirar de novo.
Repita isso por 10 vezes, contando com os dedos das mãos.
Ao terminar as 10 respirações, respire forte, enchendo os pulmões e soltando o ar com energia por 10 vezes.
Repita quantas vezes quiser.
Esse exercício faz seu corpo despertar.
Faça pela manhã ou durante o dia quando se sentir cansado.
Se já estiver bem treinado, lembre-se de concentrar a respiração completa, iniciando e terminando a respiração via abdominal, com o diafragma.

Let's practice active and conscious breathing.
Inhale, controlling the entry of air into the lungs counting to 3.
Hold the air for a count of 2.
Release the air controlledly by counting to 5.
Count to 2 with empty lungs before inhaling again.
Repeat this 10 times, counting with your fingers.
When you finish the 10 breaths, take a deep breath, filling your lungs and exhaling with energy for 10 times.
Repeat as many times as you like.
This exercise wakes up your body.
Do it in the morning or during the day when you feel tired.
If you are already well trained, remember to focus your full breath, starting and ending your abdominal breathing with your diaphragm.
