CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Change resistance, who's to blame?

Change resistance has a cause and is a symptom of something else, change resistance is not a cause in itself and can not be treated unless you treat the underlying illness. It is critical to make sure you know the cause and what they symptom is pointing at before you start attacking a problem, in this case the symptom is change resistance but the cause is that you haven’t been able to create pull, create ownership in the receiving organization AND most of all curiosity about the change. There are easy wins and ways of treating this, own up to it and GO for it.
