VA Bill Makes Not Affirming Your Child As LGBTQ a Felony || Outspoken Samantha || 10.16.22

VA Delegate Elizabeth Guzman has announced that she intends to reintroduce a bill that will deem not affirming a child’s “gender” to be mental abuse which would allow for a CPS investigation and removal of a child from its parents’ custody.

Del. Guzman explains if her bill is adopted, Virginia parents could face a misdemeanor or felony charge if they do not affirm their child’s sexual orientation or gender identity.  She says this could also impact parent’s employment and education.

Parental rights are under constant attack.
