Colossians 2:20-23

The world’s rules/regulations: Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch! (v21)
The world’s rules/regulations are all destined to perish with use (v22)
The world’s rules/regulations are based on human commands and teachings (v22)
The world’s rules/regulations have an appearance of wisdom (v23)
The world’s wisdom: self-imposed worship (ceremony), false humility and harsh treatment of the body (v23)
The world’s rules/regulations lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence (v23)
