My Ladies Be Sleepin 4kUHD Experimenting with framing & lighting + color grading DaVinci Resolve 18

This one's a bit different. I happened to see my girls were sleeping and just looked very picture worthy. So...I TRIED to snap a couple good pics and some video of them. Then, while editing those together, I realized i shot the video in the wrong format for a proper short. It was then I realized I also did not have enough to reasonably fill out a greater then 1min video.

Fortunately, Oliver said he wouldn't mind being in the video too. I opened a window for him, he came in, and I got the extra footage I needed! Hooray!

Since I was experimenting in this anyway...I decided to do some color grading. The opening pic of Oreo is ungraded, the second is. The footage following that of the girls sleeping is color graded. The pic of Clementine after that clip is ungraded and the following is. Then, Oliver gets the spotlight till the end with an ungraded clip. I started to make some adjustments to it...but parts just looked so good...I just decided not to mess with it.

Oh yeah...all this footage was captured on my Samsung Galaxy S10e with the Open Camera app. No, I don't actually know how to use it properly yet...lol...which is probably obvious if you have watched the video!
