Workout Plan:
✅ 17 Excercises
✅ 30 sec. WORK
✅ 10 sec. REST
✅ You need 1 Dumbbell or a bottle of water
☝️ Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your own workout 🧡 Take a longer break when you need to and you can take a dumbbell with a weight that is right for you (my dumbbell is 5kg).
In any workout, the main thing is QUALITY!
