how to make kno3/Magnesium firecracker

we're just making a simple KNO3 magnesium firecracker we used 2.5 grams of both KNO3 (potassium nitrate) and Magnesium powder, we tried more but 50/50% worked best for us.
We ignited it with arctic blue laser from wicked lasers which works great ;)
