OBS 7.3 Powerstroke diagnosing problems | running rough | crank no start

Throwing a ton of parts at an obs 7.3 trying to get it to run. Valve cover gaskets, fuel pump, cam shaft sensor, fuel filter, ipr valve, none of which fixed the problem...
