Portland's City Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty has been caught out in a city council meeting, lying about her college degree (that she didn't actually get) and on a much worse note, caught lying about her military career and record.

She was caught out by a vet, who brought this to her and the other elected officials attention, causing her to melt down and storm out.
