At least 11 Russian soldiers have been killed and over 15 wounded after two gunmen opened fire on a group of volunteers during a target practice session at a military ground in the western part of the country. The Russian Defence Ministry said the two gunmen had been shot dead after the attack. The ministry called it a terrorist attack.
