Neco Arc is a cat girl parody of Arcueid Brunestud that has somehow become memetic and a mascot of TYPE-MOON's games. TYPE-Moon is a game company that created the Fate series (which also has the famous femboy Astolfo) and Melty Blood (a fighting game)
