Three days before the CCP’s 20th Party Congress, a Beijing protestor hung anti-Xi banners that openly asked to remove Xi Jinping from power. Who is this man? What will happen next? The incident is unlikely to deter Xi’s third term. Xi will announce his succession to power at the Party Congress.
