At 5:38 mark Dr Rima Laibow recalls her personal story of waking up to this evil agenda at the 2:40 mark where she had a female European head of state official at her international clinic for treatment back in 2002 where afterwards this chatty female head of state says out of nowhere
"You know, it is almost time for the GREAT CULLING to begin. You know, the CULLING of the USELESS EATERS who is EVERYONE who is consuming OUR non-renewable natural resources. We are the NEO-ARISTOCRATS. We are the people at the TOP of the pyramid. Around us will be our servants and around them our technicians and we only need 10% of the population".

Afterwards Dr Rima Laibow thinking this woman was crazy, looked her up to see that she really was a European head of state and realized all the people in her world were crazy who believed the EXACT same thing as she did (Too many useless eaters/People so we have to CULL them).
