Safety is our most important goal at the UHA.

Being a Certified Handyman means nothing without the screening. The UHA started for advocacy but fighting for the rights o0f the Handyman business only works if the Handyman is a business. Your state doesn't care about you. They want you to be a Licensed Contractor so they will continue to go after the unsafe handyman as they have determined. Being Certified should be deserved and earned not paid for. You can call yourself certified by taking a little test and paying for a lifetime membership but without the screening we do it means nothing and has no value. Won't be recognized and will be considered just another way a handyman gets around structure. If you want true value join the UHA. https://unitedhandymanassociation.org
