In today's new Youtube video I am back with some more hard truths. I decided to turn this concept into it's own mini series as part of our channel so this way whenever I feel compelled to speak up on one of these topics I can plug it into the series and keep it all together. As I speak about in the first few minutes of the video, we have multiple types of videos on the channel from fun sports competitions, fitness, holistic health, vlogs, but I feel it all falls under the idea of trying to help people become the best versions of themselves. I always like to balance out the more deeper hard truths types of videos with the fun, uplifting videos to make sure I'm not giving too much of my energy to the darkness even though I do enjoy researching, learning, and speaking about these topics but I try to make an effort to stay more focused on solutions so I hope you guys find this stuff interesting too. Today, I cover dangers of GMOs, pesticides, herbicides, and glyphosate being sprayed on our food, the importance of eating organic whenever possible, and focusing on nutrient density and food quality rather than just calories or macros. Hope you guys enjoy getting a taste of truth on this Friday. Also many of the points I discuss come from the 700+ page book I just finished called "What really makes you ill?" by Dawn Lester and David Parker, so if you want to argue with me, do your own independent research that hasn't been taken over by vested interests, do the reading and podcast listening I'm doing and take the information to become healthier and more resilient than ever!
