Save The Innocent

Our appeal to save the innocent and to share this sentiment with President Biden as he visited Irvine Valley College on October 14, 2022.

This is an appeal AGAINST Proposition 1. The language of Proposition 1 is a straightforward three sentences and reads as follows: “The state shall not deny or interfere with an individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions, which includes their fundamental right to choose to have an abortion and their fundamental right to choose or refuse contraceptives. This section is intended to further the constitutional right to privacy guaranteed by Section 1, and the constitutional right to not be denied equal protection guaranteed by Section 7. Nothing here narrows or limits the right to privacy or equal protection.

Proposition 1 removes any previous limits on the time frame in which an abortion can take place during the 40 weeks of pregnancy, including after viability. The California Democrat Party has ruled that it is only after 24 weeks there are no time limitations.
