Blueprint: Presidential Pardon

Ken and Ryan are back after a two-week hiatus! They discuss the impact of Hurricane Ian before getting into the conversation of presidential pardon. Should that be left alone, or should there be new parameters? And if there are parameters, how much room for interpretation will there be for subjectivity when it comes to a president pardoning someone?
