Okinawa’s Horse Whisperer The DOD

Marine Lance Cpl. Olivia Vance is a generator mechanic with the 3d Maintenance Battalion on the island of Okinawa, Japan. But during her time off, Vance travels around the island, volunteering as a farrier and trainer for rescue horses. Originally from Oklahoma, Vance has been working with horses since she was 15.
