Mild weekend before a blustery Monday

A frozen morning across much of SE Wisconsin as lows have dropped into the lower 30s and upper 20s. More sunshine is on tap today from the State Line up to Milwaukee. Areas North may see more cloud cover for the first part of the day as low-pressure spins nearby. Highs will reach into the lower 50s under the early sunshine. Areas spending more time under the cloud cover may only make it into the upper 40s.  Another breezy afternoon and overnight are expected as low pressure is slow to move away. Areas of clearing will allow lows to drop into the 30s. A cool-front sweeps across the Midwest on Sunday, but likely won't produce much in the way of precipitation. Sunday highs will be a touch cooler with a big drop expected Monday.
