Today, we will learn about puffer fish or Fugu in Japan. They said that its delicious, the best fish meat. But they fish is so delicate because they are poisonous, unless if you cook them correctly. It said, you can remove or wipe out the poisonous part especially the liver if u eat them after a year and soak them in salt.Aha, are you willing to risk? they are being cook by a licensed chef that specialize in preparing and cooking this FUGU fish. wow... delicious but suspicious.
