Ultimate Hatch Green Chile, Bacon Cheeseburger on the 36" Blackstone Griddle

It's chile season, and our local Harris Teeter had Hatch chiles, so I grabbed a couple pounds and roasted and processed them. They're so good in just about everything!
Burger was kaiser roll, Dukes mayo, fried egg, hatch chile, red onion, bacon, and shredded lettuce. Dang it was lip smacking good!
