Chicken Breast with Blueberry BBQ Sauce on the 36" Blackstone Griddle

Skinless, boneless chicken breast marinated, then cooked on the Blackstone 36" griddle. Nearing the end of the cook, the chicken was brushed with a blueberry BBQ sauce.
