Sweet and Sour Pork on the Blackstone

This isn't a traditional sweet and sour pork as I didn't deep fry the pork. Just a simple marinade on the pork and onto the flat top, with a traditional sauce. Try it out, and see what you think!

Pork:
1.5 - 2 lbs pork ( I used a bone in pork chop and de-boned)

Marinade:
1-2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 large clove of garlic - minced
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Mix well, add pork. Let set for a couple hours to overnight.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:

3/4 cup water
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
I sliced two slices of ginger (dime size)
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch

In a large saucepan, mix 3/4 cup water, salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then cool.

Take cornstarch and your sauce and make a slurry in a separate bowl, mix well, then add to the rest of the sauce to thicken.
