Ribeye Steak and Yellow Squash on the Big Green Egg

Had my brother and niece over for dinner for a special day of remembrance. I picked up some ribeyes for our dinner and had a yellow squash from the garden. Decided to fire the large Big Green Egg up for this.

Probably not the most upbeat in this video. Decided at the last minute to video and have guests over.
