EASY 3x3 132.5 Kgs Paused Squats. These are feeling GREAT!

I bumped up the weight on this by 2.5 kilos, as 130 felt pretty easy, last week. I kept the volume the same, to potentially help not jumping too far ahead. Baby steps! I also made the pause higher than last time, as this is closer to where my sticking is, and I can maintain more constant tension in the lift, as opposed to going ass to grass like I did before, which I think can result in me losing said tension, and potentially getting a bit "lazy" down there. I want to focus on removing the stretch reflex, and driving really hard with my quads after the pause. I'm falling back in love with this variation. Feels great!
