How many fails or UFO's are in your sewing room? I have a box of unfinished failures that I thought would be worthy of revisiting to fix and complete.

I recently saw the new sewing challenge for October, #sewupcycle22 and thought it the perfect step off for a series I had been contemplating, so here is the first in that series.

Challenge rules:
1. Make an upcycled garment for yourself or someone else. Sorry no pet makes!
2. Use something other than new fabric, such as a tablecloth, a curtain, a bedspread, a sheet, a previous make or RTW item from the back of the closet, buy something from an opshop to refashion.
3. Include a before photo of what you've used to make your garment.
4. Use #sewupcycle22wip for any progress sneak peeks.
5. Reveal your make on 31st October using #sewupcycle22 and don’t forget to tag Becky @notes_from_the_sewing_room and Karen @sew.little.time
