This breakfast bar is only a hint of sweetness and GREAT for a healthy breakfast or any time snack. If you like it sweeter, add more sweetener or top with sugar free syrup! It's deliciously easy to make and will disappear quick!

Oatmeal Breakfast Bake Recipe | Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Bars Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES

NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* Rice cooker capacity = 1.8 litre or 10 cups
* Important BAKING TIPS & GUIDELINES at the end of each video

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups (200g) OATS (steel cut or rolled oats)
• 1 cup (250ml) MILK
• 2 EGGS
• 3 tbsp (35g) ERYTHRITOL GRANULES (more for sweeter taste)
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/2 cup (120g) PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
• 1/4 cup (60g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
• 1 cup (150g) CHOPPED APPLE (1 apple)
• 1 cup (150g) BLUEBERRIES (fresh/frozen; optional 1/2 cup topping)
• 1/4 tsp BAKING SODA
• 2 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix the all ingredients together (optionally, mix half of blueberries and top with the other half)
2. Oil pot/pan and BAKE for 2 bake cycles (60 minutes). Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Bars will be firm to touch when done baking
3. Cool for 15-30 minutes and ENJOY!

OVEN BAKING:
Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 50-60 minutes. Ovens varied so bake longer as needed
