She won big time!! Cooking with kids!

While at a cooking event last weekend, my little girl won some smoke wood chunks from Rockwood (Saint Louis Charcoal Company). We were camping all weekend and I honestly didn't feel like cooking, but she did! So why not.

I had some leftover meat from a pork shoulder I fixed at the weekend, so I dusted the meat with some Jim's Own Smokey rub, and cooked it on the large Big Green Egg along with some potatoes.
