Quick Easy Mustard Glazed Salmon and Yellow Squash on the Blackstone Griddle

Simple yet amazing flavor from this salmon. Try it for yourself!

Ingredients:

Salmon (4-5 filets)
Salt
Pepper

Mustard Glaze:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons horseradish

Steps:

1 - Mix mustard glaze ingredients. Let set for 30min.
2 - Heat Blackstone on high heat.
3 - Season salmon with salt and pepper, on both sides.
4 - Lay salmon skin down, let sear for 2-4 mins.
5 - Flip and let the flesh side cook for 2-4 mins.
6 - Flip slamon again, smear mustard glaze on the flesh side, and flip back on flesh side to sear in the glaze for 1-2 mins.
7 - Re-apply glaze, cover for 1-2 mins, and remove.
8 - Enjoy!
